PAGE 2: The Garden Club does much more for Quail Valley than most residents realize. Some of those items are as follows:
Ridgeview Park – consistent maintenance.
Created and designed the Tee Garden across from the Club. Maintain the Tee Garden across from the Club.
Recently donated $1500 for dead trees to be removed along 1092 that were an eyesore. We are planting more trees presently in that same location.
Contributed $200 per year for 12 years for tree planting for Arbor Day.
Volunteer at Brookwood School (for the intellectually challenged) in the name of Quail Valley. We have been asked by Cyrille Girouard if our Garden Club would be willing to help fine-tune the area where outdoor weddings take place.
Sponsor Yard of the Month.
Responsible for QV Residential Holiday Lighting Awards.
Responsible for The Annual Backyard Tour.
Responsible for the Annual Caladium Bulb Sales.
Participate in Missouri City Spring Clean Up.
Provide scholarships to local deserving students.
