Container Planting in gardening and agriculture is a form of polyculture; the practice of simultaneously cultivating or growing two or more compatible plants in a single area, which is done for any number reasons, including pest control, pollination, providing habitat for beneficial insects, maximizing space, and to otherwise increase crop productivity. Container Planting offers another benefit too - some plants deter wildlife from nibbling in your garden.
