The following are Quail Valley Garden Club members who have completed Master Gardener Certification. Master Gardeners are members of the local community who take an active interest in their lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers and gardens. They are willing to learn and to help others and are able to communicate with diverse groups of people. What sets Master Gardeners apart from other home gardeners is their special training in horticulture. In exchange for their training, persons who become Master Gardeners contribute time as volunteers, working through the Texas AgriLife Extension office to provide horticultural-related information to their communities. Feel free to contact these valuable resources to our club and community.

The following Quail Valley Garden Club members have completed Master Naturalist Certification. The Master Naturalist program is a natural resource-based volunteer program sponsored by Texas AgriLife Extension and Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. The goal is “to develop a corps of well-informed volunteers who provide education, outreach and service dedicated to the beneficial management of natural resources and natural areas within their communities for the state of Texas.”
